As an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, International Dental Implant Association, Center for Laser Education, Atlantic Coast District Dental Association, and the International Academy of Facial Esthetics, Dr. Aditi enjoys treating complex cases and helping patients with challenging treatments achieve their goals.
Dr. Krunal and Dr. Aditi Patel have dedicated their lives to not only practicing dentistry but also researching advanced techniques in the dental field that they bring to the Palm Beach County community making dental service more comfortable and affordable. Their calm approach coupled with state-of-the-art facilities and technology distinguish them from other healthcare providers in the region.
Studies
Dr. Aditi Patel earned her Doctorate in Dental Science (DDS) from New York University, School of Dental Medicine in 2012. She received honors from the Department of Prosthodontics. Dr. Aditi is also a certified provider of Invisalign and fast braces orthodontic treatments as well as cosmetology using Botox and dermal fillers.
She joined her husband Dr. Krunal Patel in service to the Palm Beach County community offering general dental services and cosmetic dentistry to help people smile gracefully and feel younger and confident.

Dr. Richard Dontatelli
Dr. Richard Donatelli from PB Braces received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, Master of Science degree, and Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Florida. After completing his orthodontic training and while treating patients in private practice, Dr. Donatelli served as a professor of Orthodontics at UF. In addition to providing original lectures and overseeing student/resident orthodontic clinics and developing the orthodontic curriculum, he also served as the orthodontist on the Craniofacial Anomaly Center Team, Predoctoral Orthodontic Director, Director of Continuing Education Orthodontic Courses for General and Pediatric Dentists, the Director for the joint Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic courses and curriculum. Very quickly, Dr. Donatelli was then promoted the Graduate Program Director for the Department of Orthodontics.
Dr. Donatelli is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontist, the Florida Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Donatelli is also a member of the prestigious, invitation only, merit based, oldest orthodontic society in the world, the Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists, founded in 1930.
He plays lacrosse and basketball with his young nephews. He is also an avid chess player and an amateur artist.
Our Process
A beautiful experience, through and through
The first dental visit is usually short and involves very little treatment. This visit gives your child an opportunity to meet the dentist in a non-threatening and friendly way. Some dentists may ask the parent to sit in the dental chair and hold their child during the exam. The parent may also be asked to wait in the reception area during part of the visit so that a relationship can be built between your child and your dentist.
