How the Clear Aligner Process Actually Works

Free consultation & 3D scan — Our iTero scanner captures a precise digital model of your teeth in minutes. Dr. Donatelli reviews your case and shows you a 3D simulation of your final smile.
Custom treatment plan — Dr. Donatelli designs every tooth movement, attachment placement, and tray sequence personally. This is where orthodontist expertise matters most.
Aligner delivery — Your custom trays are manufactured and delivered in batches. You'll typically wear each tray for 1–2 weeks, then move to the next.
Daily wear — Aligners must be worn 20–22 hours per day to work. You'll remove them only for meals, drinks (other than water), brushing, and flossing.
Check-in visits — Brief visits every 6–10 weeks let us track progress and refine the plan as needed.
